Shrimp noodle soup

Ingredients:

* 250 grams egg noodles poured boiling water until soft enough
* 250 gr medium size shrimp peeled
* 150 g bean sprouts
* 8 pieces fried know Sumedang which has been cut up
* 2 hard-boiled eggs
* 2 tablespoons fried onions
* 5 tablespoons powdered crackers (shrimp crackers that have been fried mashed)
* 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallion
* 1 liter water shrimp broth (from boiled shrimp shell with a small fire
* Oil for frying to taste.

Spices that are:

* 4 cloves garlic
* 4 pieces of red onion
* 5 grains of hazelnut
* 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
* 3 cm ginger
* 3 cm turmeric
* 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make:

* Saute the spice paste until fragrant and cooked through and enter the shrimp, stir-fry until shrimp changes color again.
* Boil the broth until boiling and then enter the seasonings and stir the shrimp into it, and cook until cooked.
* Place the egg noodles in a bowl, add the beansprouts, sliced know, shrimp, powdered crackers, fried onions and green onion soup gravy.
* Serve hot and if you like to add lemon juice or vinegar.

Melted Love Cake


Material:

200 g dark chocolate couverture
150 g unsalted butter
3 eggs
3 chicken egg yolk
100 g sugar
100 g flour sifter

Method:

* Prepare 8 heat-resistant molds fruit round or other shapes. Polish butter.

Material:

2 eggs

60 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped



Method:
