Material:
* 200 g tofu, drained, cut into pieces
* 100 g of meat has beef / beef sukiyaki, thin slices
* 4 green asparagus spears, cleaned, cut into pieces
* 3 fruit oyster mushrooms / shitake, clean
* Seasoning, mix together:
* 150 ml water
* 75 ml Japanese soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, crushed
* 2 cloves garlic, grated
* 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
* Arrange tofu and meat in a pot or pan.
* Pour seasoning ingredients, cover the pan and cook over medium heat to boil.
* Stir and occasionally beyond. Add the asparagus and mushrooms.
* Cook until sauce is reduced and the vegetables are tender.
* Remove and serve warm.
